  • an official copy of your most recent test results or transcript. (If you are currently enrolled in Grade 12, you are exempt from submitting this.)
  • records from the registrar of the university (if applicable)
  • paperwork for lodging and trip (if applicable)
  • Download the consent form, fill it out, and get the signatures of all applicants with disclosed income.
  • Download and complete the Disability Annexure A Form if you have a disability.

How to Use the NSFAS Website to Submit a Late Submission

  • If you’re a returning student, don’t panic if you missed the initial deadline for uploading documentation. You can still submit your paperwork, but there are a few steps you must go through.
  • Initially, log into your NSFAS account on the internet. Upon logging in, select the “My Documents” option. Your browser will take you to a page where you may upload your files.
  • Select “Upload Document” next. By doing this, a new window will open, allowing you to select the file from your computer that you want to upload. Once you’ve chosen the document, click the “Open” button.
