Who Can Apply For A TVET College NSFAS Scholarship
The following conditions must be satisfied in order for TVET college students to be eligible for NSFAS funding:
- must be a South African citizen.
- A need for financial aid must exist if you are enrolled in or about to enroll in a PLP, NC(V), or Report 191 program. (NSFAS will determine whether or not a student meets the financial eligibility requirements.)
- Returning students must adhere to the College’s policy on academic merit advancement or the progression suggestions in the Bursary Rules and Guidelines (whichever is higher)
- enrolled in a degree program that involves repeating state-funded training that has already been completed
- If a candidate is accepted or receives a formal offer to enroll in college and their combined annual gross family income is under R350 000, they are not required to pay tuition.

- Snap the tab to your selection.
- Maintain the accuracy of all of your personal information.
- Present all of your supporting evidence at this time.
- To finish and check the status of your NSFAS Online Application 2023, click “SUBMIT.”
Document To Apply College NSFAS 2023
- a legitimate copy of your birth certificate or South African ID. You must present a certified copy of your unabridged birth certificate if you are under 16 years old and do not have a green bar-coded ID or smart ID card.
- IDs for the guardian or parents (death certificate)

- IDs for each individual residing in your home
- Paystubs or appointment letters are acceptable forms of proof for your parent or guardian’s or your own annual household income if you are working. (This is true for all types of employment or income for all household members, including any income from SASSA grants, Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), or any retirement, life, disability, or other benefits paid as a lump sum or in monthly installments.)
